"Wait for You" is the first official single by former American Idol contestant Elliott Yamin from his self titled album. On May 16, 2007, "Wait for You" was performed by Yamin on the American Idol Season 6 Top 3 results show, which caused the song to jump 60 spots to #17 on iTunes in a few hours.
