"Only Hope" was originally recorded by Swithfoot and became popular due to it's inclusion and prominence in the 2002 film A Walk to Remember. It was covered by Mandy Moore for the film and is included in her compilation The Best of Mandy Moore, although left out of her 2001 release. Although the song was not released to radio, it remains Moore's most popular song on iTunes to date.
