"I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" is the second single from My Chemical Romance's second studio album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, released in 2005. The song reached #86 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and, in March 2005, #19 on the UK Singles Chart.
