"Waiting for Tonight" is the third single by American singer Jennifer Lopez from her debut album, On the 6 (1999). The song is considered as one of Lopez's signature tunes. It peaked at number eight in the U.S. and it also peaked at number five in the United Kingdom. In 2000, the song earned Lopez a Grammy Award nomination for Best Dance Recording.
