"Blood on the Dance Floor" is the lead single from Michael Jackson's remix album Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix, released in March 1997. The song peaked at #42 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, but did became a top ten hit in almost every European Union state.
