"Spice Up Your Life" is the first single by the Spice Girls from their second album Spiceworld. The song received an overwhelmingly positive initial reaction after its first appearance on British radio in October 1997. The album proved to be an instant global best seller and set a new record for the fastest-selling album over two weeks when it shipped 7 million copies.
