"Don't Forget to Remember Me" is the fourth single from Carrie Underwood's debut album Some Hearts (2005). This is the only country single released by Underwood to not reach number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs, peaking at number two. She performed this single live on American Idol during the fifth season's finale on May 24, 2006.
