"Run" was originally released by Snow Patrol as the second single from their third album, Final Straw (2003). The song re-entered the charts in November 2008 at #28 after Leona Lewis sang her version on The X Factor. Lewis first performed an acoustic version of the song on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge on 31 October 2007.
