"La La Land" is the second single from American actress, singer and songwriter Demi Lovato's 2008 debut album, Don't Forget. The single was confirmed by Lovato herself, during a press conference held at the American Music Awards. The song is also used as a promo for Lovato's television series Sonny With a Chance.
