"One Shot" is the third single by British band JLS, taken from their self-titled debut album. JLS (an initialism of Jack the Lad Swing) are an English boyband, who were runners-up in the fifth series of ITV reality talent show The X Factor in 2008, coming second to Alexandra Burke. The band performed the song on So You Think You Can Dance on the 23rd January 2010.
