"Green Light" is the first single from John Legend's album, Evolver. The song features André 3000 of OutKast. The song was released as a single download on July 29, 2008 and became Legend's third top 40 hit in the UK Singles Chart. It is his third biggest hit in the UK and his first single to chart in the top forty since "Ordinary People". The song is also his second top 40 hit in U.S..
