"One Step at a Time" is the third single from American Pop/R&B artist Jordin Sparks, from her 2007 self-titled debut album, Jordin Sparks. The song was officially released in the U.S. on June 10, 2008. She performed the song on the season finale of the seventh season of American Idol. Jordin is the first American Idol contestant ever to have their first four singles all crack the Top 20 of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
