"Sweet Child o' Mine" is a song by the hard rock band Guns N' Roses released from their debut album Appetite for Destruction on July 21, 1987. This song was the band's first and only number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100, spending two weeks at the top spot in September 1988. In May 2008, the song was voted as #210 on the RIAA's list of the best songs of the 20th century.
