"The One I Gave My Heart To" is the sixth and final single from American singer Aaliyah's second album One in a Million, released in September 1997. Written by Diane Warren, the song went on to peak at #24 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The song also went on to number one in 20 other countries.
